Can I collect my order?


Sorry, but you cannot collect your order from our premises. We do not operate a retail outlet as this would be too expensive and would not allow us to sell at the low prices we currently offer.

 

Can I get discount for buying bulk?


Yes. We can supply bulk orders if we have the available stock. Simply use the contact form and tell us what you need and how much. We will give you a quote which will be cheaper than buying individual small packs.

 

How do I know you have received my order?


Once we receive your order you will receive a confirmation email to the email address you supplied during checkout. We also keep you updated through the order process by emailing you again when your order has been posted.

 

How do I pay for my order?


We use NOCHEX to process our financial transactions. You can use most major credit and debit cards with this method, and you are NOT required to register with anyone. You also have the option to pay using PAYPAL  and  GOOGLE CHECKOUT. You will be required to pay when you check out of our online shop. Goods will not be posted until full cleared payment is received. Please be aware that we DO NOT accept payments offline (cheques, postal orders, cash etc.)

 

How do I place an order?


All orders can only be placed through our website. You can navigate to your desired product and click on the 'Add to cart' button on the product page, changing the quantity if necessary. Your goods will then be added to your shopping cart automatically. When you have finished shopping, simply view your cart and select the 'Checkout' option.

 

How much does delivery cost?


We have set our delivery charges to be as fair and as flexible as possible. As most of our customers place small orders we have structured our charges so to ensure you only pay small amounts instead of paying courier rates when its not necessary. We therefore charge by weight with various weight bands applicable. To see our charges in details, view our delivery page.

 

How will my goods be delivered?


We use Royal Mail for most of our deliveries up to a certain weight. If an order is too large it may be more cost effective to use a courier service. If a courier service is used, a signature on delivery may be required.

 

Is there a minimum order amount?


Absolutely NOT! We have no minimum order requirement, and you are free to order as much or as little as you feel necessary. We are suppliers to many small online retailers and auction sellers who only need small quantities and this is very much our target market.

 

What is your returns policy?


All transactions carried out online are covered by the 'Distance Selling Regulations', which states that customers have the right to cancel any agreement during the 7 working days starting the day after delivery. You will need to send the products back to us at your own cost, unused and undamaged. We will then issue a full refund for goods that have been returned to us.

All customers have a duty of care while the goods are in their possession, and they are the customer's responsibility until the goods have been received by us.

In the unlikely event that you should receive damaged or defective products, please contact us using the contact form. This must be done within 7 days of receiving your goods.

 

Where do you deliver to?


We can post to UK addresses only, which includes GB Mainland and Northern Ireland. We do NOT post to international addresses including the Republic of Ireland. For full details, visit our Delivery page.
